Florida Equestrian Center Needs Hay

Lisa Smit is desperately trying to find a hay grower who can supply the hay she needs. She buys four to seven semi loads per year for her Brevard Equestrian Center, Grant, FL, and prefers a mixture such as alfalfa-timothy, alfalfa-orchardgrass or timothy-orchardgrass.

"I can't find anything; I must be looking in the wrong places," says Smit. "I know the freight part is going to be expensive. I know it's going to cost more than the hay. But I would think that at least for $250-300/ton I should be able to get something delivered."

Contact Smit at 321-960-2305 or brevardec@aol.com.
