New Book Discusses Harmful Plants For Horses

A new book provides research-based information about 18 plants or groups of plants that may be poisonous to horses. Written by University of Minnesota experts, the 44-page book, Plants Poisonous or Harmful to Horses in the North Central United States, includes almost 70 color photos. Information is included on the plants' life cycles, identification, distribution and control.
