Ron Tombaugh, owner of Dart Hay Service, Streator, IL, was elected president of the National Hay Association (NHA) at its annual meeting in Columbus, OH, last week. Gary Smith, Mission Hill, SD, was named first vice president, and David Brumfield, Brumfield Hay & Grain Company, Lexington, KY, was elected second vice president.
