The Washington State Hay Growers Association's 2008 Annual Conference and Trade Show will be held Jan. 16-17 at the Three Rivers Convention Center, Kennewick. The first day's topics include glyphosate-resistant alfalfa, corporate structures, tax management issues, pest management and fertility management tips. Second-day speakers will cover various facets of the hay market and also discuss the potential of alfalfa and switchgrass as biofuel crops.
