Forage Harvester Models

Two models have been added to the Jaguar family of forage harvesters from Claas of America. The Jaguar 940 and 930 harvesters provide an extended range of horsepower. The 940 delivers 472 hp ECE R120 at 1,800 rpm; the 930, 429 hp ECE R120 at 1,800 rpm.

The models have the same performance and comfort features as the earlier 900 Series, including the Vista cab, the Claas Electronic-on-Board Information System (CEBIS), the V-Max knife drum and the Intensiv Cracker — hard, chrome-plated rollers that ensure a long service life.

New Mower, Upgraded Conditioner

The TD102 pull-type disc mower from Case IH has a 10'4” cutting width and a 60-hp minimum tractor pto requirement. Lighter-weight tractors can be used with the mower because its weight is pulled instead of carried on the three-point hitch.

The company also updated its DC Series disc mower conditioner to include flail conditioning as an option on all models. The flails are free-swinging, straight but tapered and bigger at the bottom than at the top.

Multipurpose Utility Vehicle

Bobcat introduces the Toolcat 5610, a utility machine that features a three-point hitch and hydraulic pto for rear implements.

The machine is also a compact loader and attachment carrier, with a front lift arm with a rated operating capacity of 1,300 lbs. The Bob-Tach mounting system on the lift arm enables operators to switch between attachments in less than a minute, requiring no tools. The Toolcat has four-wheel independent suspension and all-wheel-steer capability with a turning radius of 17.5'.
