World Ag Expo Is Feb. 12-14 In Tulare

The latest in dairy industry information and equipment will be relayed via seminars or exhibited during the Feb. 12-14 World Ag Expo at the International AgriCenter in Tulare, CA.

Dairy-specific seminars will be held all three days of the expo. Topics will include: environmental requirements for waste discharge, reproduction, dairy management, vertical integration techniques, cow comfort, dairy design, new technology and bottom-line strategies. Dairy farm and agribusiness tours will be offered each day of the expo, also.

International trade seminars on Feb. 12 explore subjects such as biofuels development, U.S. free trade agreements and domestic vs. foreign competition.

On Feb. 13, general agribusiness sessions will discuss everything from workers compensation regulations to ag workforce uncertainties.

Irrigation seminars, to be held Feb. 14, will highlight the latest in irrigation and water-use technology.

At least 500 exhibits by dairy industry companies will be housed in the new Dairy Technology Center, expanding overall expo exhibit space to 2.6 million square feet.
