Some Prices Still Seeking Peak Levels

Prices for high-quality alfalfa hay have leveled off in some states, but continue to edge upward in others. Demand continues to be strong for limited remaining supplies.

These prices were gathered by USDA in late February. Figures followed by (D) are delivered prices. All others are at the farm. Pellet prices are for bulk sales.
