BEEF Magazine is hosting the second annual BEEF Quality Summit, Nov. 7-8 at the Holiday Inn Centre in Omaha, NE. The theme is Beef Quality in the Ethanol Era. Sessions will focus on the impact of increased ethanol production on beef carcass and retail product quality; beef industry infrastructure and economics; and key business issues for producers. A trade show will be held along with the conference.
