Dairyland Seed, West Bend, WI, has redesigned its Web site, www.dairylandseed.com. It features materials on the company's product line, Chicago Board of Trade futures prices, Class III milk prices, ag news and local weather, cash grain bids and yield-trial results.
“Our new Web site is intended to keep producers informed about Dairyland Seed products and technology, as well as serve as a resource they can use every day to retrieve information and stay up-to-date on breaking agricultural issues,” says TJ Strachota, marketing associate. “The new site is more user-friendly, and growers can easily find the important resources and company information they are looking for.”
It also offers producers more in-depth product information than ever before, featuring new and easier methods to access local plot results as well as a plant breeding and technology section. Growers can learn more about new technologies in plant breeding or use the expanded product comparison section to find the best seed for their fields, soil type and weather conditions.
An employment section, where potential employees can learn about job opportunities available with the company, is new to the site. Producers can also easily get in contact with a local rep through a new contact map on the site.
