Rotary Header

Massey Ferguson's Hesston Series 16' 9190 and 9192 rotary headers come with improved efficiencies and enhanced serviceability. Designed for the com-pany's 9635 windrower, they feature the RazorBar low-profile cutterbar, said to be the strongest in the industry.

Other features include a turbulence-reduction roll, which helps move the crop from the cutter bed to the conditioner rolls while reducing the amount of air directed forward by the rolls. Herringbone conditioning rolls offer a smooth crop throughput, and hydraulic tensioning allows the operator to quickly adjust roll pressure.

Utility Vehicle

Kubota's RTV500 compact utility vehicle comes with the energy, comfort, technology and refinement of a larger model, but is compact enough to fit in the bed of a full-size, long-bed pickup. It's 54.7" wide and 72" tall with a 15.8-hp liquid-cooled, two-cylinder gas engine and a top speed of 25 mph.

It comes standard with Kubota's new VHT Plus variable hydrostatic transmission, which eliminates the need to adjust drive belts and provides smooth braking and hill-holding capabilities. Weighing 1,278 lbs, the RTV500 can handle up to 440 lbs in its dumping cargo box and can tow up to 1,100 lbs.

Mower-Conditioner

New Holland's H7150 Haybine mower-conditioner combines the cutting capacity of a self-propelled windrower with the convenience of a pivot-tongue hitch for fast, efficient haymaking. The hitch design lets the operator mow on either side of the tractor, make square corners, cut around field obstacles and center the H7150 behind the tractor for easy transport.

The model's HS Series Haybine sickle header is the same one used on New Holland self-propelled windrowers. Cut widths range from 14'3" to 18'3".
