Claas of America's 17', four-rotor Volto 52T pull-type tedder comes with a hydraulic hitch with high ground clearance. The tedder has simple tractor hookup, hydraulic fold for road transport and a rope latch that unlocks rotor arms.
It uses the Claas Perma-Link drive system and each rotor is equipped with six tine arms for clean sweeping.
HTP America, Arlington Heights, IL, offers its MIG 2400 welder with a cast aluminum four-roller gear-drive system. The welder provides a smooth wire feed with any thickness of wire, including 0.045. Gehl Company, West Bend, WI, introduces two wheel-rake series. The 600 Series, available with 10, 12 or 14 wheels, has raking widths from 21'8" to 28'4". Each model offers a simple windrow width adjustment and features a high-clearance design for high-capacity applications. The 14-wheel version is available in a rigid or flex-frame design.
The 700 Series wheel rakes come in 12-, 14-, 16-, 18- and 20-wheel models, all with large tubular frames for heavy-duty applications. Raking widths are from 25' to 38'. John Deere's 3020 Series telehandlers offer increased hydraulic capacity and up to 125 engine horsepower. The standard four-speed PowrSync transmission features a left-hand reverser mounted near the steering wheel. An optional PowerShift transmission provides six-forward, three-reverse speed options with a true 25-mph transport speed.
The LM-A Series ag telehandler's rear-engine design has a simple, efficient driveline and better balance, stability and traction than telehandlers with side-engine designs, according to New Holland. Unlike models with rear-mounted booms, the LM-A mid-position boom point gives forward reach without extending the boom, as well as better balance and all-around visibility.
Three models offer maximum lift heights ranging from 19.5' to 29.2'.
