Krone North America is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Lynn as Vice President, Parts and Service reporting to Tommy Jones, Krone North America President and CEO. In this position, Lynn will manage a team focused on technical support, warranty, parts planning, warehousing and logistics.

“The creation of this position is part of Krone’s on-going commitment to implementing the appropriate resources to ensure Krone dealers and customers receive the highest level of service,” explains Jones. “Combining parts and service under the same management creates a symbiotic relationship between parts planning and provisioning and technical support.”

Lynn brings many years of experience on both the agricultural dealer and equipment manufacturing sides of the business. The first 28 years of his career were spent progressing through several roles at Jacobsen Textron, including Parts Distribution Center Manager, International Parts Order Analyst and Director of Sales for the Americas.

In 2006, Lynn opened his own agricultural dealership carrying the New Holland line and consumer product lines. Upon electing to return to the equipment manufacturing side of the business, Lynn spent the last few years with CNH Industrial managing six product lines as the Marketing Manager.

Lynn attended both the University of Wisconsin Parkside and University of Wisconsin La Crosse. He and his wife Terri will be relocating from Wisconsin to the Memphis area soon.
