Preserving the quality, safety and accessibility of Wisconsin water supply is a top priority for the state’s farmers, elected officials, community members, city and county administrators and consumers. A daylong tour in the Verona, Wis., area will give participants a firsthand view of innovations and partnerships to protect water quality in rapidly-growing urban areas. The Water Matters Tour, hosted by UW Discovery Farms® and Professional Dairy Producers® (PDPW), will be held on Thurs., June 26, 2018 with chartered bus transportation departing from Verona Park and Ride, Old Co Rd Pb, Verona, WI 53593, at 9:30 a.m. and returning at 3:30 p.m.Tour stops will include:
