(“TKI”), has acquired Tiger-Sul, a North American focused provider of sulfur-based fertilizer products, from Platte River Equity. The acquisition closed on November 6, 2024. The acquisition strengthens TKI’s specialty fertilizer portfolio as TKI looks to provide a better crop yield, more control for farmers, and a healthier planet for everyone.
