Producer panels on forage production and management, as well as grazing management tips, will be a part of the Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin Business Conference. It is set for March 16-17 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison.

An experienced grazier panel will share how they monitor forage resources, provide proper feed supplementation, adjust stocking rates and maximize milk production.

Another panel will tell how they manage their forage production, reap the most milk per ton of feed and per acre, control costs and calculate their next moves.

A marketing session on how margin puts money in producers' pockets, by Kevin Bernhardt, University of Wisconsin farm management specialist, as well as several sessions by business expert David Kohl of AgriVisions LLC, will also be held.
