Where Western hay markets are at and where they’re headed will be examined in a morning talk during the Feb. 14 World Ag Expo Forage Seminars hosted by Hay & Forage Grower and Mycogen Seeds. They’ll start at 10 a.m. the first day of the Feb. 14-16 expo in Tulare, CA.
Seth Hoyt of The Hoyt Report, an online hay-marketing newsletter for Western hay growers, will give an overview of the hay market. Following his talk, a panel of equipment manufacturing representatives will give short presentations on forage harvesting innovations.
The afternoon program will include corn silage pricing strategies and a panel of experts talking about high-quality forages and how they improve producers’ bottom lines. For more information, see www.worldagexpo.com.
