New Equine Web Site Focuses On Forages

Forage-quality testing, as well as buying quality, affordable hay, will be covered on South Dakota State University Extension’s new iGrow Horses Web portal.

Launched Feb. 1, the portal is designed to provide up-to-date news and information about the equine industry. Articles on horse health and production; local, regional and national equine events; issues for owners with small acreages; facility design and more will also be part of the mix. The portal will be updated weekly.
