Pike Mfg. Inc., the manufacturer of the Bale Band-It™ line of hay bundlers, today released information about their new Bale Band-It™ 220 model. The new Bale Band-It™ 220 builds on all the advancements of the model 210. The Model 220 will include a hydraulic oil cooler, banding feed assist, a hinged drum feeder for easy access, external banding drum storage, and surge brakes. We have also eliminated the need for the sensor bar. The new model 220 will be available for $119,000.00. This new model can be seen up close at Ag Progress Days in State College, PA, August 12-14. The Bale Band-it™ is an automatic bundling system that takes small square bales directly from the baler, or off the ground, and bundles them together into easy to handle 18 or 21 bale bundles.
