Fairbanks Scales, Inc., the oldest scale company in the U.S. and the world’s leader in weighing equipment, announces they will be showcasing a wealth of state-of-the-art industrial scales at the Southern Farm Show, which takes place January 30-Febuary 1, 2019, at the North Carolina State Fairgrounds, Raleigh, NC, Booth # 7302, Scott Tent. On display will be Fairbanks’ Series II Bench Scale and Aegis Floor Scale, as well as the FB1100 Instrument, FB2250 Instrument, and FB2558 Instrument. Fairbanks will also be highlighting the 1605T Remote Display with Integrated Traffic Light.

The Fairbanks Scales Series II on display is a mild steel bench scale with integral instrument, which offers exceptional general weighing features at a very affordable price. The Series II was designed to fulfill a wide range of weighing requirements, from inventory and parts counting to food manufacturing, to shipping and receiving.

Also to be highlighted is the Aegis Floor Scale, a 30-inch by 30-inch, 1,000 pound industrial mild steel floor scale, which can be equipped with a choice of instruments and comes packaged with a quick disconnect cable and factory calibration.

The economical FB1100 Series Instrument on display is a high performance, low-cost instrument available with a stainless steel or ABS composite enclosure. Designed to work with any manufacturer’s analog bench scales, floor scales, and weighing assemblies in a wide variety of basic weighing applications, the FB1100 features a highly visible 2 inch LCD screen.

The FB2250 Series Instrument includes three different enclosure types and a number of fieldbus interfaces for system integration. It will satisfy most industrial weighing application needs and is a good choice for batching and filling operations. The FB2250 can also be operated wirelessly when used with optional accessories.

The FB2558 instrument to be highlighted includes even more features, functionality, and connectivity for today’s truck weighing applications. The adaptable FB2558 includes onscreen IP (internet protocol) camera interface, full color touch screen display, Ethernet connectivity, and transaction reports via e-mail. The FB2558 has the ability to integrate with the Perten AM 5200-A Moisture Meter so all pertinent information can be printed on the truck scale ticket.

Fairbanks’ 1605T high-intensity LED remote display to be shown features an integrated traffic light designed to save time, space and money by combining traffic control and display functions in a single device.
