Alfalfa Persistence is Profit, How to Establish a Good Forage Stand, and Practical Approaches to Stress Relief in Agriculture are just a few of the many presentations offered at Midwest Forage Association’s (MFA) Tour de Forage held in locations throughout Minnesota on Tuesday through Thursday, January 21-23. Scott Newell, Alfalfa Outreach Specialist with the University of Wisconsin-Madison Extension, will be the keynote speaker. Newell focuses on supporting alfalfa outreach and education throughout the Upper Midwest and on a national basis as well.
"Our 2025 Tour de Forage agenda features an impressive lineup of regional forage experts who are eager to share their expertise with area forage and dairy farmers," said Beth Nelson, MFA President. “This year’s presenters will give participants the tools they need to make the coming year more successful and more profitable.”
