Georgia Experts Offer New Forage Videos

Pasture, hayfield management tips are highlighted

New University of Georgia (UGA) Extension videos, covering a variety of pasture and hayfield management topics, are now available on the Georgia Forages YouTube Channel, reports forage specialist Dennis Hancock.

A seven-minute video on bermudagrass stem maggot was just added to the list. It features information about the pest’s life cycle and gives suggestions for low-cost treatment. The maggot was first discovered in the continental U.S. in Georgia and is now found in several other Southeastern states.
