It’s a virtual “global coffeeshop or global cocktail party,” says Payn-Knoper. “You determine which conversations you want to be a part of, just as you would in person. And you get to talk with farmers from all over the world.
“It is completely overwhelming the first time, so give it a second time, because it literally is 1,000-plus tweets over the two hours,” she warns.
