The cash award for each division winner is $1,500, with additional cash prizes presented to second through fourth place finishers. Cash awards will also be given to the Grand Champion Forage Producer, First-Time Entrant, Quality Counts Corn Silage and Quality Counts Hay/Haylage.

The final entry deadline for the World Forage Analysis Superbowl is Thursday, September 7. Contest categories accepting samples until that date include baleage, commercial hay, dairy hay, grass hay, organic hay and haylage. Held in conjunction with World Dairy Expo®, the World Forage Analysis Superbowl evaluates a total of eight forage categories - the six listed previously, as well as standard corn silage and brown midrib corn silage - on visual and lab analysis. Each winning entry will be displayed at WDE, October 3-7 in Madison, Wis., in the Alliant Energy Center’s Arena Building, adjacent to the Forage Seminar Stage.
